Serai Collective is a cultural fashion house based in Dubai. We curate independent designers rooted in craftsmanship, culture, and community, and create retail experiences shaped by storytelling, human connection, and thoughtful commerce.

More than a traditional boutique, Serai is a platform and meeting placebringing together designers, artisans, and communities through curated collections, intimate events, and cultural activations.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of Serai Collective while advancing sales performance, team culture, and client experience.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, operational excellence, and people leadership, translating Serai's vision into a seamless, elevated, and financially sound in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Drive in-store sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Serai's positioning and designer mix
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, collectors, and community members
  • Lead by example on the floor, setting the standard for service, storytelling, and engagement

Operations & Store Management

  • Oversee daily boutique operations including schedules, inventory, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain clear communication with designers, partners, and internal teams
  • Support visual merchandising, event setup, and in-store activations
  • Manage SOPs and workflows to ensure consistency and operational efficiency
  • Liaise with the founder on planning, reporting, and process improvement

Client Experience & Community Building

  • Ensure every client interaction reflects Serai's values of warmth, depth, and care
  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the wider creative community
  • Support planning and execution of designer showcases, trunk shows, and cultural events
  • Contribute ideas that strengthen community engagement and brand presence

Inventory, Reporting & Optimization

  • Oversee inventory flow, accuracy, and sell-through performance
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports
  • Identify operational gaps and propose solutions to improve efficiency and profitability

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must be on a Work or Family Visa (mandatory)
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience (including internships) in retail operations, sales support, or brand coordination
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
  • Background in fashion, retail, hospitality, or concept stores preferred

Tools & Skills

  • Proficient in Shopify, Notion, Google Suite, and Excel
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for presentations
