We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist with a strong Microsoft background to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence across our Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and passionate about enabling sales teams to achieve their goals through streamlined processes and accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage sales automation tools to enhance productivity and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide operational support to the sales team, helping them achieve overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with finance teams to align and streamline sales operations, invoicing, and reporting processes.
- Prepare and process purchase/sales order/ Invoices and quotations with precision and timeliness.
- Work extensively with CRM systems to maintain data integrity and support ongoing sales activities.
- Provide accurate documentation and timely updates.
- Stay updated on Microsoft CSP program changes and industry best practices.
- Proactively suggest new tools, automation, or methodologies to enhance sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Background in Microsoft CSP programs and tools is preferable.
- Proven ability to manage sales operations processes and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales and finance functions.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
