Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Outdoor position, based in Markaz El Mahalet El Kobra with flexibility for occasional remote work. The role involves actively engaging with clients and merchants to promote and sell Souhoola's financial products. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships within the retail merchant community, providing excellent customer service, and conducting product training and presentations to enhance merchant engagement. The role also includes monitoring market trends and working closely with the sales management team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with merchants and clients.
- Proven skills in Sales and the ability to identify and close opportunities in competitive markets.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide and support merchant and customer interactions effectively.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in financial services or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using technology for managing sales, tracking performance, and providing customer support.
