Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Real Estate role based in New Cairo. The Sales Real Estate professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting property viewings, and guiding customers through the sales process. The role involves building strong relationships, negotiating offers, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market trends, providing training support to junior sales team members, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to foster positive client relationships.
  • Proven Sales expertise, including experience in identifying opportunities, managing leads, and closing deals.
  • Competence in Training and providing mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Experience in Sales Management, including the ability to oversee sales processes and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of New Cairo's real estate market and regulations is preferred.
