Sales Representative

Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Representative role at CPA Cube Professional Academy is based in Giza. The Sales Representative will engage prospective learners and corporate clients, conduct needs assessments, present academy programs and offerings, and follow up on leads generated through marketing activities and referrals. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, handling enrollment processes, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients, coordinating with instructors and administrative staff to ensure smooth onboarding, and participating in events or information sessions to promote the academy's services. The Sales Representative is expected to meet and exceed sales targets while providing professional, learner-centered guidance and support.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse individual and corporate clients.
• Customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities to support learners throughout the enrollment process.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work on-site in Giza, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic educational environment.
• Previous experience in sales, education services, training, or related fields is preferred.
• Relevant post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
