Job Description

JOB SCOPE

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's food and non-food

products to customers across assigned territories in Saudi Arabia for all sales channels (Retail,

Wholesale, Industrial, HORECA, E-Commerce). This role builds and maintains strong customer

relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures customer satisfaction. The Sales

Representative acts as the face of the company, representing its values and ensuring the achievement

of sales targets in a competitive FMCG environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Promote and sell the company's food and non-food products to existing and prospective

customers (retailers, wholesalers, HORECA, distributors, etc.).

2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.

3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

4. Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and competitor activity.

5. Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements within company guidelines.

6. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

7. Coordinate with Sales Support to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.

8. Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and competitor

activities.

9. Being accountable for market receivables and collection.

10. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

11. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

12. Ensure compliance with Saudi food regulations and company policies.

13. Ensure compliance with Saudi food regulations, labeling, and sustainability requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1.Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of sales experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.

3.Valid Saudi driving license.

4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

1. Field-based role with frequent travel within assigned territory in Saudi Arabia.

2. Regular visits to customer sites, retail outlets, and distributors.

3. Standard working hours with flexibility required for customer meetings, events, and

travel.

4. May require occasional work outside regular hours (evenings, weekends) for events or

urgent customer needs.
