Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in maadi Cairo for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will manage customer inquiries, promote and sell travel packages, and ensure excellent customer interactions. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional support and guidance to travelers. The candidate will also be involved in market research and assist in training team members to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets while closing deals
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to contribute to team growth and development
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a significant advantage
- Proficient in using travel booking software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
