Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (experience in furniture or home furnishing showrooms is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
Main Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand professionally in the furniture showroom and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets by presenting and promoting products effectively.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the product range (furniture, materials, finishes, and customization options) and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Support showroom operations, including product display, stock coordination, and customer follow-ups.
