Job Overview
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and digital channels
- Present, promote, and sell company products or services to potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that meet business objectives
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Executive, or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to close deals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
