Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in El Maadi.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling medical and healthcare solutions while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Daily tasks include identifying key customer needs, delivering product presentations, managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and offering training on product usage.

The role also involves collaborating with team members, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and sales management strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering is mandatory, with strong technical knowledge of medical devices and clinical applications
  • Proven experience in medical equipment sales, especially ventilators and anesthesia machines, with the ability to demonstrate product features, clinical benefits, and provide technical support to healthcare professionals
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for client relationship management and addressing customer needs effectively
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including planning, strategizing, and executing sales processes to achieve targets
  • Ability to train customers on product usage and share expert knowledge to optimize product utilization
  • Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical sector, is an advantage
