Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include assisting customers, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the sales process, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. The role may also involve participating in periodic training sessions and working closely with team members to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management expertise to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Experience providing Training or mentoring to support the development of colleagues or team members.
- Basic understanding of stationery, art supplies, or office tools is preferred.
- Self-motivation, the ability to handle a dynamic work environment, and attention to detail.
