Sales Specialist

Job Description

• Handle sales activities for sea freight (FCL / LCL), air, and road transportation
• Develop new customers and manage existing client relationships
• Prepare, follow up, and close freight quotations
• Provide tailored logistics solutions based on customer requirements
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 25 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong knowledge of sea freight (FCL / LCL)
• Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
