Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Heliopolis. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and promoting Cairo Cooling's products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to provide training and support to clients and team members
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC systems or the ability to quickly learn technical aspects is a plus

Must have 3-4 years experience in hvac industry .

• Know English and Arabic is preferred
