Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will manage daily sales operations, identify and develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. The role includes liaising with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The candidate will also collaborate closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for business growth.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Expertise in Sales techniques and strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in Training and Sales Management to mentor and guide the sales team effectively.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation to address and resolve client concerns effectively.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the construction or related industries is an advantage.
