#About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, target-oriented, and skilled in consultative selling.
#KeyResponsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
-Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
-Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals.
-Maintain accurate sales pipelines and activity reports using CRM tools.
-Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to drive growth.
#Qualifications
--Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
13 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, IT services, or technology solutions.
-Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
