Achieving Sales Targets: Responsible for selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages to ensure sales targets for the event are met.
Attracting Exhibitors: Engage with potential exhibitors to encourage their participation in the exhibition by presenting attractive opportunities and benefits.
Supporting the Sales Team: Work alongside managers and the marketing team to ensure sales targets are achieved through suitable strategies.
Managing Client Relationships: Maintain regular contact with current clients and actively seek out new business opportunities with potential clients.
Attending Exhibitions and Events: Participate in exhibitions and events locally and internationally to interact with current clients and develop relationships with potential clients.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor exhibitions to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting and Administration: Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales progress, opportunities, and client feedback.
CRM System Management: Update all sales activities and client contacts in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure effective tracking of interactions and deals.
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients and close sales deals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
Basic experience in sales or a similar field is preferred but not essential.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
