Customer Service & Sales
•Supervise daily sales activities and ensure sales targets are achieved.

•Maintain store cleanliness, stock presentation, and visual merchandising standards.

•Participate in stock counts, replenishment, and product rotation.
•Follow all cash handling, POS, and receipt procedures accurately.
•Support Shift Supervisors during opening and closing procedures.
Compliance & Security
•Adhere to airport security protocols and duty-free allowance regulations.
•Ensure transactions comply with customs and ZATCA guidelines.
•Report any suspicious behavior, discrepancies, or incidents immediately to management.
•Maintain grooming standards as per Al Waha Duty Free's uniform policy.
Teamwork & Collaboration
•Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals.
•Support new joiners through on-the-job training and role modeling of company standards.
•Participate actively in briefings, product trainings, and store meetings.
