Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, . The Sales Specialist will manage the entire sales process, identify potential leads, convert them into customers, and achieve sales targets. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, building strong relationships, and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams and participating in sales training, as well as offering guidance to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and address customer needs effectively
• 3+ years of experience at marketing agency as a Sales Specialis
• Sales and Sales Management skills with a proven ability to achieve targets
• Experience in delivering and facilitating Training to team members and supporting their development
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address challenges and close deals
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and an understanding of the MENA region market are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales or a related role is an asset
