Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Assist presenting technical aspects of proposals and bids to address customer needs and objections.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives and identify new business opportunities to generate new leads.
- Engage with customers to identify their technical requirements, provide product information, and address technical queries.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand customer environments and demonstrate how the product can meet their needs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on sales activities, technical challenges, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Address and resolve any technical issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Years of Experience: 0–2 years of experience
- Language proficiency: English Proficiency
- Computer skills: CRM & Microsoft Office
