Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Person to engage with customers, promote our automotive offerings, and support clients through the financing and insurance process. This role combines sales, customer service, and product knowledge to deliver a seamless buying experience and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
Greet customers professionally in-person, via phone, or online.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles, finance plans, and insurance options.
Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, pricing, and benefits.
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
Finance & Insurance Consultation
Explain finance options clearly, including loan terms, monthly payments, and eligibility.
Advise customers on insurance packages and benefits that meet their needs.
Assist clients with completing finance and insurance documentation.
Coordinate with partner banks and insurers as needed to secure approvals.
Sales Process & Documentation
Prepare sales contracts and related paperwork accurately.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for car sales, finance & insurance.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and deal progress.
After-Sales & Customer Satisfaction
Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
Team Collaboration & Performance
Work with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Participate in training to stay updated on product and finance/insurance offerings.

Qualifications
(Bachelor's degree).
Previous experience in automotive sales, finance, insurance, or a related field a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust.
Ability to explain complex finance/insurance terms in simple language.
Proficiency with basic computer software and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license (if required for test drives/demos).
