Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions. Daily tasks include generating and following up on leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing detailed product information, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaboration with team members to continuously refine sales strategies and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build rapport and address client needs.
• Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Experience in delivering Training to clients or internal teams to enhance product understanding.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team to achieve shared goals.
• Effective organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in the fitness or health industry is a plus.
