This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Gold's Gym Elite San Stefano in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting membership packages, identifying potential clients, and developing relationships to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, conducting tours of the facility, and presenting benefits aligned with their fitness goals. Collaboration with the training team to ensure cohesive client experiences and effective follow-ups with prospects is vital in this role.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their inquiries and needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for identifying leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in Training or fitness-related fields is an advantage.
• Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
