Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their needs and requirements.
• Present suitable vehicles and explain their specifications, features, and benefits.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on booking, contracting, and required documentation procedures.
• Coordinate with the Credit, Insurance, Accounting, and Delivery Departments.
• Follow up with customers until the vehicle delivery process is completed.
• Follow up with customers after the sale and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Update customer information and sales activities on the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or commercial sales is preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with excellent customer service etiquette.
