Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, analyzing customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the sales management team and participating in training programs aimed at sales effectiveness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Experience in providing Training or mentorship to improve team performance
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with real estate or REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
