Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Dubai. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service, assist with tailoring and styling consultations, and drive sales through an understanding of custom garment needs. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing product knowledge and training for clients where necessary. Additionally, the role involves meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver outstanding service.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and driving revenue through personalized consultations.
• Experience in providing Training and sharing product knowledge to enhance client understanding of bespoke designs.
• A passion for luxury fashion and tailoring, with an eye for detail and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment and thrive in a high-end retail or bespoke customer service setting.
• Prior experience in luxury fashion or tailoring is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in presenting products to diverse clientele and fostering long-term customer relationships.
