Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

-Generate and convert leads through dealership visits, outbound calls, and referral channels.

-Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.

-Assess customers financial profiles and recommend suitable auto loan solutions.

-Clearly explain product features, terms, pricing, and required documentation to customers.

-Follow up on loan applications through to successful completion.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships to ensure a consistent flow of leads.

-Collect, verify, and submit all required documents within defined SLAs while ensuring full compliance.

-Maintain updated trackers, reports, and sales records.

-Coordinate closely with Operations, Credit, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth processing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

Must have experience in FinTech, microfinance banking, auto loans, or consumer finance.

Proven sales experience with strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Field sales or dealership experience is an advantage.

Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated mindset.

High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and compliance.

Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Must own a car.
