Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting client outreach, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes providing training on products or services, collaborating with sales teams, and supporting the development of sales strategies. The Sales Specialist will act as a key point of contact for existing and potential customers, ensuring a positive customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs.
  • Proven Sales experience and expertise in identifying and closing sales opportunities.
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management to support team performance and leadership tasks.
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking and problem-solving to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to challenges.
  • Familiarity with the local market in Alexandria and surrounding regions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
