Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Riyadh

In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound demand into paying customers by understanding merchant needs, demonstrating how Rekaz solves real operational problems, and guiding them through the decision-making process. Your goal is simple: help service businesses clearly see the value of Rekaz and confidently choose it as their operating system.

You will work closely with the growth, marketing, and product teams to align on lead quality, improve conversion rates, and continuously refine the sales process based on real merchant feedback

Daily tasks include:

  • Handling inbound leads and qualifying merchants based on their business type and needs
  • Contacting leads
  • Understanding merchant pain points and recommending the most suitable Rekaz solution
  • Running clear, value-driven product demos
  • Following up consistently and managing objections professionally
  • Closing deals and guiding merchants through onboarding handover
  • Updating CRM with accurate call notes, deal stages, and outcomes
