Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing property listings, organizing property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaboration with colleagues and establishing expertise in the local market are integral to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License.
- Strong skills and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
- Proficiency in Sales with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals.
- Excellent ability in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the Alexandria real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency with real estate software and digital tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
