Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales targets. Daily tasks involve identifying customer needs, delivering compelling sales presentations, coordinating with the sales team, and providing after-sale support. The role may also include training and guiding customers on products or services to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build relationships
• Proven expertise in Sales, including negotiation skills and achieving targets
• Experience in Sales Management and the ability to guide a team to meet goals
• Skills in Training to educate customers or team members on product features and benefits
• Proficiency in crafting and delivering persuasive presentations
• Results-driven with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage
