Sales Specialist – Interior Design

Type: Full-time Reports to: General Manager

About Us

Takween Design House is a growing interior design studio in Egypt, delivering [residential /

commercial / corporate] projects with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. We're looking for

a results-driven Sales Executive to guide prospective clients through our design and contracting

process and turn proposals into signed projects.

Role Overview

You will manage client inquiries, run consultations, present design proposals and pricing, and

close deals — while building relationships that encourage referrals and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, showroom visits, and referrals

• Conduct client consultations to understand project needs, budget, and timeline

• Present design concepts, portfolios, and pricing proposals to prospective clients

• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close contracts

• Follow up consistently on pending proposals to maximize conversion

• Coordinate with the design team to ensure proposals accurately reflect client

requirements

• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and closed deals in the CRM

• Build long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (background in interior design or architecture is a plus)
• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in interior design, furniture, real estate, or another consultative-sales field
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Customer-focused, with the ability to build trust quickly
• Comfortable working toward sales targets and KPIs
