Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and delivering high-quality customer service. Other responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting product solutions, closing sales, and assisting with sales management strategies. Providing training to clients on the use of products and effectively representing the company in the market are also key aspects of the role.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, address client needs, and provide excellent support
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and convert leads
• Capacity for Training clients on product usage and addressing any technical inquiries
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in selling industrial or technical products is an advantage
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is beneficial
