Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting the platform's unique features and services, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Specialist will act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries. The role also involves working with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide tailored solutions
• Proficient Sales and Sales Management skills to identify opportunities, drive conversions, and meet targets
• Training experience to educate team members and clients about services and develop effective sales techniques
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales roles, particularly in education or service platforms, is a plus
