Sales Specialist

We're Hiring | Sales Representatives

Viral is expanding its Sales Team and looking for experienced Sales Representatives with a strong background in E-commerce Sales and a solid understanding of the GCC market, particularly the Saudi market.

We're looking for sales professionals who can communicate confidently with Saudi customers, understand their needs, handle objections effectively, and convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in E-commerce Sales, Telesales, or Online Sales
• Hands-on experience dealing with online customers and E-commerce leads
• Previous experience working with customers in the GCC market
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and customer behavior
• Excellent command of the Saudi dialect with natural and professional communication
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Ability to qualify leads and identify customer needs
• Experience in lead follow-up, objection handling, upselling, and closing deals
• Good understanding of the E-commerce customer journey, from inquiry to order confirmation
• Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on conversions and sales performance
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus
• Professional, persuasive, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced sales environment
• Must be able to work on-site in Tanta, Gharbia

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential customers and manage incoming E-commerce leads
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products or solutions
• Handle inquiries and objections professionally
• Maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the sales cycle
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities when relevant
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects Viral's standards
