Wall Street English Egypt is seeking an Sales Specialist to join our team at our center in Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for selling personalized English courses to prospective students and supporting current students through ongoing follow-up and care.
Reporting to the Sales Manager/Center Director, your primary goal will be to meet or exceed monthly sales targets by booking and conducting consultations, converting prospects, and nurturing student relationships. This role requires a balance of strong sales acumen and a personalized, service-oriented approach to each student's learning journey.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Education Sales Consultant, your role covers the full student journey - from initial contact through to post-sale support.
Driving Sales Performance
- Meet monthly sales targets, as set by the Sales Manager/Center Director.
- Ensure all KPIs are met that relate to sales performance, student support, and overall care.
- Conduct high-quality consultations to guide prospective students through their decision-making process, demonstrating the value of our personalized English courses.
Managing Leads and Appointments
- Manage leads in line with expected KPIs.
- Book the correct number of first appointments to achieve the expected contract closing ratio.
- Schedule second appointments when needed to complete the sales cycle.
- Book renewal consultations with current students.
- Follow up with prospects and former contacts, resolve no-shows or cancelled appointments, and maintain consistent communication to keep your pipeline active.
- Manage your time effectively to balance new leads, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
Delivering Student Support and Care
- Hold regular review sessions with current students to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Welcome and guide students through key course milestones (e.g., Welcome Session, First Encounter) according to standard procedures.
- Act as a liaison between students and the service team.
- Resolve any student issues or concerns with care and professionalism, aiming for high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct after-sales sessions focused on renewals and referrals.
Organizing Workflows and Administration
- Manage your schedule to ensure all calls, consultations, and appointments are completed on time.
- Accurately and promptly process student contracts.
- Maintain reliable and up-to-date records in the CRM system for effective contact management.
Reporting Results and Forecasting
- Submit regular reports on your activities and sales performance to the Center Director.
- Ensure all reports are accurate and delivered on time.
- Compile relevant statistics and produce accurate sales forecasts.
Collaborating and Developing Professionally
- Attend regular meetings with the sales and service teams.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and course updates.
- Participate in assigned training sessions as part of your ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone or videoconferencing.
Supporting Marketing and Outreach
- Contribute to center marketing initiatives, including trade fairs, promotion stands, and local prospecting activities.
Your Profile
- Good level of English
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools
- Service-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Experience in direct sales or tele-sales (preferred)
Nice to Have
- University degree
- Understanding of core sales principles, including pipeline management, forecasting, planning, and sales techniques
- Familiarity with or experience in the English language teaching sector
- Background in service-focused industries such as hospitality, fitness, or wellness
- Professional sales qualification or degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Fluent English
