Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Dubai. The Sales Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying client travel needs, and offering tailored travel solutions including tourist visas, holiday packages, and tours. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams. The role also involves sales management activities and training new team members to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve client inquiries effectively
- Experience in training and mentoring team members to enhance sales techniques
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with tourist visa processes and travel industry knowledge is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
