Role Overview
As a Sales Specialist at Ygii, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role combines strategic thinking, relationship management, and a deep understanding of our products and services to drive customer satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and outreach to expand Ygii's customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ygii's products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, draft proposals, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management on performance and pipeline.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a minimum experience of 2 to 5 years in Sales or Business Development roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to present and sell effectively.
- Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and leverage insights to drive results.
- Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
