Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing the sales team and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves client relationship management, market analysis, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Territory Management

  • Execute sales plans and initiatives aligned with company strategy and assigned targets.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets across assigned products, channels, and regions.

Team Supervision & Development

  • Supervise, motivate, and support the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
  • Monitor KPIs, track daily activities, and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Support onboarding and on-the-job training to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Customer & Market Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Support negotiations on pricing, promotions, and trade agreements within approved guidelines.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and service follow-up.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance to ensure order fulfillment and promotions execution.
  • Monitor discounts, promotions, and territory expenses to support profitability and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 58 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales/CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
