ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of automotive sales representatives to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations within the showroom or sales department. This role involves coaching team members, monitoring performance, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching
  • Develop and execute sales plans, promotions, and campaigns
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and aftersales teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
  • Support fleet vehicle ordering, Colors, trims, allocation, registration, and delivery processes within Fleet sales Department.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, features, pricing, and market trends
  • Coordinate with finance, service, and inventory departments to streamline sales processes
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review, Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for S&MD.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

Education / Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

  • 3+ years of sales experience, with experience in automotive fleet or corporate sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding fleet and corporate sales targets.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
