Job Summary:
The Architect plays a key role in developing project design visions, delivering innovative architectural solutions, and ensuring high-quality outputs across all design stages.
They contribute as an Architectural Designer by transforming creative ideas into integrated designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
They also support BIM processes to ensure model accuracy, coordination, and the production of high-quality construction documentation aligned with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Duties:
- Develop design concepts and contribute to the overall architectural vision.
- Translate client requirements into practical and creative solutions.
- Prepare and coordinate drawings across all project stages (Concept to IFC).
- Review drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
- Develop façade, interior, and site design solutions.
- Prepare architectural documentation (plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules).
- Participate in client meetings and technical presentations.
Design Duties:
- Generate creative design ideas aligned with project goals.
- Develop conceptual models and design options.
- Design façades, massing, layouts, and circulation.
- Produce high-quality drawings and presentations.
- Evaluate design alternatives based on cost, quality, and functionality.
- Coordinate with visualization teams for renderings.
BIM Duties:
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models.
- Manage families, templates, and LOD requirements.
- Produce coordinated drawings directly from BIM models.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines (Structure & MEP).
- Support BIM standards, BEP implementation, and ISO 19650 compliance.
- Extract quantities and support CDE workflows.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 5–8 years of experience in architectural design.
- Minimum 3 years of BIM experience.
- Experience in large-scale projects is preferred.
- Autodesk Certified Professional.
