We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support the sales team with reporting, data analysis, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate must be highly advanced in Microsoft Excel and have hands-on experience in inventory management, ensuring accurate sales data, stock availability, and smooth sales operations.
What you'll do:
- Support the sales team with daily operations, reports, and follow-ups
- Prepare and analyze sales reports using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, IF, VLOOKUP/Count ifs, formulas, dashboards)
- Track and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Monitor stock movement, sales orders, and delivery status
- Maintain accurate records for sales transactions and inventory
- Identify discrepancies in stock or sales data and report them
- Assist in forecasting demand based on sales and inventory data
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- Proven experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar role
- Strong experience in Inventory Management / Stock Control
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a must
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
