Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, guide them to meet sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, setting performance metrics, offering training and support to team members, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role requires active collaboration with other departments to enhance productivity and align with company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to guide and motivate a sales team effectively
  • Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data and developing effective strategies
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and build relationships
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
