Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 2nd 6 October for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales professionals, setting and achieving sales targets, and providing strategic input to improve the sales process. This role includes conducting regular team meetings, mentoring team members to enhance their performance, facilitating communication between teams, and addressing customer queries and concerns to ensure an excellent customer service experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior real estate industry experience is a significant advantage
