Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead, based in New Cairo. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage the performance of the sales team, ensuring targets are met consistently. Responsibilities include driving sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, training and mentoring team members, and analyzing sales reports to optimize performance. The role demands working collaboratively while delivering exceptional service and meeting client needs.

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Service with a track record of achieving targets
  • Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to mentor and motivate team members effectively
