Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Misr Life Insurance Takaful, based in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Salesperson will be responsible for identifying client needs, promoting life and takaful insurance solutions, achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and providing expert advice. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of Insurance Products, Marketing Strategies, and Financial Services
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Time Management and Organizational skills for goal achievement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Takaful insurance and Islamic financial principles is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
