Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st 6 October for a Salesperson. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves achieving sales targets, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations.
• Experience in the sales lifecycle, including lead generation, product demonstration, and closing deals.
• Familiarity with engineering concepts or prior experience in electromechanical, seismic, or acoustic system sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage leads and opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
