Role Description

Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO modules

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to finance processes (e.g., AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Budgeting and payroll).

Work closely with finance, controlling, and business teams to understand existing processes.

Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and compliance improvements.

Map business needs to SAP standard functionalities and design optimized workflows.

Perform SAP FICO module configuration based on business requirements (chart of accounts, posting keys, tax codes etc..).

Support minor enhancements or coordinate with developers for customizations (reports, forms etc..).

Assist in new SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollout projects.

Coordinate with external consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams.

Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for key users and end-users.

Ensure accurate master data management for financial and controlling areas.

Support finance reporting needs (SAP standard reports, cost center reports and Consolidations Reports).

Ensure that finance processes comply with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Support external and internal audits with required documentation and system access.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

35 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module.

Strong understanding of financial and controlling business processes.

Experience in configuration and support of FICO modules.

Certification in SAP FICO or related financial certifications.

Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM,PP,SD).

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Good knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
