SAP Trainer (Consultant Level) – UAE (Relocation Opportunity)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We're supporting a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP Trainer to join a high-impact delivery team in the UAE.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large-scale, global transformation, working directly with end users and stakeholders to drive adoption and capability.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering engaging, effective SAP training across a live programme environment, including:

• Classroom and virtual training delivery
• Train-the-trainer sessions
• Supporting end-user adoption across multiple business functions
• Working closely with stakeholders to tailor training content
• Contributing to the overall change and learning strategy

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering SAP training (essential)
• Experience working on transformation / programme environments
• Strong end-user training capability (classroom + virtual)
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Consulting experience is beneficial, but not essential

Important Notes

This role is best suited to candidates at Consultant level - we're ideally looking for individuals who are hands-on in delivery and comfortable working directly with users.
