Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Country Manager to lead our business development and market expansion in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on developing key accounts in the power, energy, and industrial sectors, building strong local partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth in alignment with the company's global strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for Saudi Arabia
Lead business development efforts targeting key clients, including:
Power utilities
EPC contractors
Industrial and energy clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Drive vendor registration and pre-qualification processes with major clients
Identify and manage sales opportunities from lead generation to contract signing
Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments
Achieve assigned sales targets (KPI) and ensure sustainable business growth
Build and lead the local team as the business expands
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in the electrical / power / energy industry
Proven track record in sales or business development in Saudi Arabia
Strong network with:
Utilities
EPC companies
Major industrial clients
Familiar with vendor registration, tendering, and project cycles
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and drive business from 0 to 1
Candidates based in Riyadh are preferred
