We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Team Leader - with at least 7 years of experience in sales up to 14 years, preferably within a car agency or automotive environment and heavy equipment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing product information, and driving sales through excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team
- Assist customers at the counter and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Promote and sell automotive products and services
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
- Maintain strong product knowledge, especially related to vehicles and spare parts
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure product availability
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a car agency or automotive counter sales role and heavy equipment.
- Diploma in Technical Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Business (non-engineering)
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Required Skills:
- Diploma or high school in a related field.
- Minimum of 7-15 years of experience in parts sales and operation.
- Must have general knowledge of the functions and technique of selling.
Preferred Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of products and knowledge of our parts computerized system;
- Ability to work under pressure and to organize daily work activities.
- Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with customers and colleagues.
